Project description
Construction and installation of four electric power stations to serve the Polderbaan and the Zwanenburgbaan.
Special details
The philosophy of the design is to achieve a reliable power supply, which is connected to the 10 kV ring, for runway lighting systems applied with UPS. The installations are separated both electrically and structurally into sections for fire protection.
Involvement Deerns
Deerns made the complete design of electrical and mechanical installations (cooling and heating) as well as of the complete construction part. Scope of work included the complete design process starting with preliminary design and cost estimation up to and including specifications. Furthermore we assisted in the tendering and project management.
